Therefore, the matchup looks favorable for Arrighetti, even if he’s unable to repeat the 10-strikeout performance from his previous outing.
Arrighetti has a clear path to staying in the Astros’ rotation on a permanent basis for the time being since Hunter Brown (shoulder), Tatsuya Imai (arm), Cristian Javier (shoulder), and Cody Bolton (back) are all currently on the 15-day injured list.
